Refund policy

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • No refunds are given- store credit or gift card only.
  • All items marked as 'FINAL SALE' can not be exchanged or returned for store credit. 
  • Accessories, Body Suits and Bralettes are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Must be within 30 days of purchase!
  • An exchange in size/ color or gift card will be issued for your return
SHOE RETURNS:
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box.
  • If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return.
TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE IN STORE
  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
  2. Bring original receipt, email, or text receipt with you to the store
  3. An exchange or store credit will be issued. NO REFUNDS will be issued.
TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE ONLINE:
  1. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
  2. Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email or packing slip!) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
  3. Please email us at orders@bellisimabyash.com within 30 days of your purchase for a return address and RMA. If you want to exchange for a different size, please include the new size you are looking for in your email. If it is available in our store, we will go ahead and reserve your item. 
  4. Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and store credit. 
  5. Once your item is received and processed by us, you will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be sent to the original email used to purchase. If you are exchanging for a different size, we will automatically send the new item to you once return it received. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for return back us and for new item if applicable.
